I use flipa clip for animating, is simple but It works pretty well

There’s Procreate, IbisPaintX, FlipaClip, ToonBoom Harmony…

But you meed to pay to use Procreate and ToonBoom

I use procreate for the rare occasion that I’m animating but I really want procreate dreams because I’ve heard it’s good but costs money
